Today was really cold. I forgot to bring my gloves to protect my hands when I left home to pick up my daughter at school. I think I was outside for just about 5 minutes and that was just enough to crack my skin in two places. It is so painful.
But there’s been some signs of healing. As you can see from the picture below, on some parts, my original skin color is coming back. That is a great indicator that psoriasis is either healing or going inactive (for now). What I’m doing now is working.
What I’ve Done So Far to Heal Psoriasis
- Eliminated wheat from my regular diet
- I’ve been using MG217 about three times a day.
- Drinking less diet coke.
- Replaced anti-bacterial soap with goat milk soap.
- Less rice from my daily diet
This is about what I’ve been doing for about a month and I’m already experiencing positive changes on psoriasis condition. I’m slowly adopting Paleo diet as my regular diet to heal my body and its immune system. I’m very confident that eating Paleo will eventually heal my psoriasis.
