If you are familiar with psoriasis and its symptoms, you would know how painful skin cracks can be especially during winter. Just during last week, my skin with psoriasis condition had at least 5 different cracks of different sizes. I’m currently using MG217 medicated tar ointment to prevent itching and scaling, but sometimes, you just can’t avoid cracked skin.
One thing I hate is when the cracked skin is healed, it always leaves a nasty yellowish scar. I was told it’s just part of healing process, but let’s be honest. It’s disgusting and ugly. Who wants to live with another scar on your psoriasis spot. I’ve tried many skin care products in the past whenever I had to deal with the lesion. But by far, Mederma Scar Gel worked the best for me. It not only works great on healing the scar, but it actually removes it completely. Of course, the effect of the gel will be different from people to people. But the scars I had, and ones that I just had last week are all gone now. As you can see from the picture, you can hardly see any scars on my skin.
If you are suffering from psoriasis and its scars, consider trying Mederma scar gel. It worked for me.
